Loved the pabellon pizza, most interesting and tasty pizza I've had in Roanoke. Has plantains and black beans... Recommend trying this at least once! Kids mac and cheese was good too, so were garlic knots. Like that they have arepas but needed extra sauce. Plantains were pretty good, but sauce was missing.

Please don't let the location of this place deter you from visiting. This quant place was very clean and welcoming. Husband had the Pasticho, Venezuelan style lasagna with ham. I had the Pabellon Arepas, which is shredded beef, black beans and mozzarella. The shredded beef was very tender. (Arepa is a gluten-free white corn meal bread that is handcrafted, grilled and generously filled with ingredients.) The portion sizes were plentiful! They also have daily lunch specials that include pizza and salads. We will be back! EAT LOCAL!! 😋

We were just passing through the roanoke area and wanted something quick that wasnt fast food. The place was unassuming at first with a location in a nearly empty complex, but this hides the truth of this restaurant. The owners were extremely friendly, told an anecdotal story to my daughter on the menu and just made everything feel so comfortable. Then the food came out and it was amazing. We ate different things(not the pizza so I cant comment on that), from salad to a type of Venezuelan lasagna, all of which felt unique and were delicious. The flan was also perfectly made. Needless to say, if you want great food this place is the place to go. Don't let the location itself fool you, if you want good food this is one of the best. I know Ive marked it as a must for my multi annual road trips to the northeast.

Leonore's Pizza is a fantastic dining spot that you definitely need to try! The owner is incredibly nice and outgoing, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Every dish we ordered was absolutely fabulous. My spouse tried the Pelua (shredded beef and cheddar with sweet plantains) for the first time and loved it. I ordered the garden salad with shredded chicken, and both the greens and the meat were incredibly fresh. We capped off the night with the delicious tres leches dessert. We will definitely be back!

The hostess and witness is super nice and friendly....we loved the place, we ordered a pizza and it was really good.we also ordered arepas to go because they look very tasty. We will be back for sure!
